Although I am a Washington transplant (originally from the Bay Area in California), I have called Seattle home now for over 30 years. While I have enjoyed buying, remodeling, and selling my own homes, after many years I finally decided to put that passion into helping others do the same. I have been fortunate to reside in many of Seattle’s wonderful neighborhoods: Leschi, Central District, Madrona, and Downtown; raising my kids in Bryant and now Montlake. Each area has its own, distinct character and I love helping clients discover each of those to see which fits them best.

Before becoming a Broker, I thrived in a 22-year career with Nordstrom at their corporate offices. Between many years as a National Marketing Manager and then a Kids’ Shoes Product Merchandiser, I honed my negotiating skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and most importantly, my devotion to the highest level of customer service possible.

I strive to connect with buyers and sellers on a personal level – listening to your “story” and what your process needs to be. Everyone’s situation is different – it might be your first home, perhaps a downsize is happening; there may be an out-of-state move involved, switching schools for kids, or helping an elderly parent find a home in which to age. Whatever the story, it is a unique one. Therefore, I tailor the experience to make it the best possible for you.

Together, we offer years of experience and expertise along with impeccable reputations (among clients and peers.) On the listing side, we create a one-of-a-kind experience for our sellers, helping them prepare and present their homes meticulously for the appropriate target audience, resulting in the best net proceeds. Assisting buyers, we listen carefully, educate them from start to finish, and help them find the perfect property for the best price, be it an investment property or “home”.

Passions beyond real estate:

• Tennis is my ultimate obsession! I’m completely captivated with the sport, not just for its athleticism, but also for the social connections it brings.
• Music is a genuine love. I’m fortunate enough to sing in three different bands, each with its own unique style and repertoire. From folk and soft rock to classic rock, I enjoy exploring various genres and performing with talented friends / musicians.
• My incredible family is a constant source of energy and support. I have an amazing husband and four wonderful kids, (we are a modern-day Brady Bunch.) They are the heart and soul of my life, and I couldn’t imagine it without them. Fun fact: Cait Greeley is my daughter!
