Based on a friend's recommendation, Melissa was the fourth agent we interviewed when trying to sell our elderly mother's condo. We knew as soon as we met her that she had the qualities, expertise and experience we were looking for. Christopher and Cait were part of Melissa's team for our listing, and we were very impressed with how seamlessly they operated: all three were very well-versed on all aspects of our project from start to finish. Ours was a somewhat challenging situation (dealing with a family hoarder way behind on vacating the unit and the resulting delay in getting the property ready and listed).  Melissa had the patience of a saint and was unfailingly gracious in dealing with any delays and challenges. Michael Ackerman helped us sell our home in 2013, and did a very fine job of identifying the target buyer, and positioning the listing to appeal to the target perfectly. 10 years later, after we left the Seattle area, it was time to sell our two condominium units (one of which, Michael helped us buy, and was our primary residence, the other, in the same building, was a rental).  I was dreading the multiple trips I anticipated to prepare and sell the units.  When I reached out to Michael, I was delighted to find him still in the business, along with his team in Seattle.  He assured me his team could handle all of the logistics of the listing and sale without the need for us to travel to the area.  It was wonderful news. He introduced us to Melissa Clark, who ran point on the transactions.  Just like Michael, she is a gem to work with.  She never hesitated to answer a call, and was on-the-spot with all of the prep work, and the transactions.  On the main unit, we received and accepted a full-price offer within 48 hours of the listing.  The smaller rental unit required a little more time, as we had to accommodate our tenant relocation.  Still, the accepted offer was timely, and for full price.  Both transactions went off on schedule and without a hitch! I simply could not imagine a more competent, helpful, and pleasant team. It was really useful having their experience when dealing with buyers who used a retired part-time agent who was less familiar with some of the common practices now.  We looked at many houses and Christopher was really supportive and helped us work through figuring out exactly what we were looking for in a house.  After the first couple months of looking, we had really narrowed it down and were able to identify ourselves quickly what kind of house would work for us. When selling, Melissa handled so much of the coordination, and had a great list of contractors who got stuff done quickly and with good prices. Even after we moved in the house, he stayed in touch and helped us communicate with the previous owners to figure out how to operate one of the appliances.
